Wednesday Lectures - the contemporary art scene here and now

This autumn Schools of Visual Arts and Kunsthal Charlottenborg launches a public lecture series that gives an insight into what is going on at the contemporary art scene right now and at the Schools of Visual Arts and Kunsthal Charlottenborg

The lecture series has been developed in collaboration between the Schools of Visual Arts and Kunsthal Charlottenborg. The lectures are based on current themes, artists and exhibitions and takes place every Wednesday at 5 pm at Kunsthal Charlottenborg from October 14. to Dec. 9 . Kunsthal Charlottenborg is also open in the evening at Wednesdays.

The lecture series is initiated by artist Nanna Debois Buhl, featuring among others Mario Perniola, Italian professor of aesthetics, and closed by the director of the Hamburger Kunstverein Bettina Stein Bruges, who will introduce the American artist and experimental filmmaker James Benning's art.
