Helene LangagerDirector of Administration and Finance
Referring to the rector, the director of administration and finance holds the overall responsibility for the organization’s administration. The director of administration and finance is part of the top management of the organization alongside the rector, prorector and the director of Kunsthal Charlottenborg.
The director of administration and finance also holds overall HR responsibility for all technical and administrative staff within the secretariat, the study administration and the facility service unit. The main tasks undertaken by the director of administration and finance include: finances, annual reporting, performance contract compliance and management, HR and salary administration, legal matters and facility services.
Louise SchønauHR and Organizational Development
Responsible for HR, legal matters and organizational development. Secretary to the Advisory Board, the Study Council and the Works Council
Anne SckotzManagement Secretary
Assists the rector and the director of administration and finance by providing support for administrative tasks such as diary management, catering for meetings, etc. Also in charge of files, inventory checks and grant management; assists on HR matters, including recruiting.
Berit Storm FrødingFinancial Controller
Responsible for accounts, salaries and wages, budgets, annual reports, and follow-up on costs and subsidies received.
Bente HermannFinancial Officer
Responsible for salaries and wages, time sheets, RejsUd, Indfak, cash reports and follow-up on creditors and debtors.
Sofie LidbjergStudy Administrative Officer
Responsible for student enrolment, the Danish Students’ Grants and Loans Scheme, exchange student schemes, leaves of absence and Staff-Student Study Committee matters.
Susan KristensenStudy Secretary
Study secretary for Basic Studies and the Institute for Research and Interdisciplinary Studies. Responsible for administrative tasks associated with the planning and execution of studies and teaching.
Lena RodgersStudy Secretary
Study secretary for the Professor Schools. Responsible administrative tasks associated with the planning and execution of studies and teaching. Also secretary for the Faculty Committee and the Staff-Student Study Committee.
The chief tasks of the Operations department comprise two main areas: access control and facility services. Access control involves all matters associated with alarms, locks, keys and keycards. Facility services covers a range of regular tasks involving technical installations, janitorial services and minor interior maintenance.
Operations staff also carry out a number of other tasks associated with e.g. student enrolment, the Rundgang open house events, in-house relocations and reallocations, and clearing up over the summer.
